Dr. Sara Gould moved to Maine after receiving her DVM from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up in coastal New England and cannot imagine herself living anywhere other than on the seacoast. She is now living in Arundel with her Leonberger named Kineo, her cats named Zoe, Theo, Pisa and Carl, a flock of chickens, and 10 goats named Pistachio, Waffles, Pretzel, Juniper, Huckleberry, Pinecone, Blackberry, Brussel Sprout, Zucchini, and Bok Choy.
A lifelong love of all creatures has led Dr. Gould to this profession, and as a practitioner of animal medicine, she brings compassion, professionalism, and skill to her craft. She is a certified Fear Free veterinary practitioner. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a specific passion for dermatology and senior palliative care as well as poultry medicine.
