"The staff at Scarborough Animal Hospital helped guide us through one of the most devastating weeks of our lives. Our sweet Raven girl was very sick and they tried everything they could. I believe, going above and beyond. We lost her in the end, but it was not for lack of trying and dedication. They wanted her to get well again just as badly, and I could tell that her loss was just as much of hit to them as it was us. They were kind, compassionate and extremely understanding and patient through the whole process and we are truly greatful for them. Specifically, doctor Culver, his tech Lauren and the front desk lady Shelly, but the entire staff in general were everything we could have hoped for during this whole ordeal. (I'm sorry I don't remember more names!) When our hearts have told us it's time for a new pup, we will for sure be returning to Scarborough Animal Hospital for their care."
